1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24 business hours (Monday-Friday) after payment has been confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been dispatched from our store.
2. Delivery Zones, Timelines, and Costs
We have structured our delivery options to be as efficient as possible. Costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order.

3. Delivery of Large and Heavy Items
- Items such as refrigerators, washing machines, large-screen TVs (55″ and above), and cookers require special handling.
- Delivery for these items will be arranged with you directly via phone to schedule a convenient time.
- Standard delivery for large items is to the ground floor of your building. Please ensure you have assistance available if the item needs to be moved to a higher floor.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item will fit through all doorways, stairwells, and lifts.
- Installation services are not included in the standard delivery fee but can be arranged for an additional charge. Please inquire with our sales team.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available from our courier partner). You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
5. Receiving Your Order
- An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
- Crucially, please inspect the package for any visible signs of damage before accepting it. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please note it on the delivery receipt before signing, or refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at 0742 290591.
- Once you have signed for the delivery, the responsibility for the goods transfers to you.
6. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order on the first attempt, they will typically try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If the delivery fails after a second attempt, the package may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
