1. Change of Mind Returns

If you have a change of heart about your purchase, we are happy to accept a return subject to the following conditions:

  • A return must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery or collection.
  • The item must be unused, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All accompanying accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and free gifts must be returned with the item.
  • Proof of purchase (your original receipt or order number) is required.

To initiate a change of mind return, please contact our customer service team. Please note that for these returns, the customer is responsible for any shipping or transportation costs incurred.

2. The Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us Before sending an item back, you must contact us to initiate the return process.

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Return the Item Once authorized, you can return the item to our showroom at Gaberone Plaza, Gaborone Road, Nairobi. For large appliances, we can help coordinate logistics.

Step 3: Inspection Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in this policy. This inspection process typically takes 1-2 business days.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved after inspection, we will process your refund.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., M-PESA, credit/debit card, bank transfer) or as store credit, per your preference.
  • Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.
  • Deductions: The original delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned under the “Change of Mind” policy:

  • Headphones and earphones.
  • Personal care items (e.g., shavers, electric toothbrushes).
  • Software, CDs/DVDs, or any product where the seal is broken.
  • Consumables such as ink cartridges or batteries.
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items (Warranty Claims)

We understand that issues can arise. All our products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): If your item is not working when you receive it, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund and cover the return shipping costs.
  • Faults Within the Warranty Period: If the item develops a fault after 48 hours but is still within its warranty period, we will help you with the warranty claim.
    • Please contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault.
    • We will guide you on the process, which typically involves taking the item to the manufacturer’s authorized service center.
    • The repair or replacement of the item will be subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
